Villa Fisi is a modern, well-maintained villa, located on more than 1,000 square metres of private land. Fisi is the Greek word for Nature. The House is located in a green setting on a no through road, just outside of Gouvia and provides plenty of privacy. The lovely village of Gouvia has a beach, shops, restaurants and bars and is only about a 10-minute walk away.

The home is completely on one level and has a modern tiled floor without any thresholds. Both finishing as well as furnishings are contemporary and of a very good quality.

The living and dining areas with its open kitchen are very spacious. The kitchen has a granite-top island bench and is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, large fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard and benchtop space.

There are three bedrooms, all including air conditioning. The master bedroom has a comfortable electrically adjustable box spring mattress bed (180 x 200 cm), lots of wardrobe space, a small safe, a terrace and access to a private en-suite bathroom with a handbasin, rain shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has a double box-spring mattress bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, laptop safe and a terrace. The third bedroom is smaller and has a folding designer bunk bed (90 x 190 cm mattress size), which is also suitable for adults. This bedroom also has a wardrobe.

The second bathroom has a handbasin, toilet, rain shower and cupboard space.

All windows are equipped with sun reflection film, insect screens and electric shutters. Large sliding doors provide access to large, partly shaded terraces around the pool. The pool measures 9 x 4 metres and has a tubular solar heating system, warming the water by a few degrees (in early spring and late autumn, water temperatures can still be a little chilly).

The terraces also provide comfortable furniture such as a lounge setting, a large dining table with chairs, a hammock and luxury sun beds. The outside terraces by the bedrooms each have seating for two.

Guests are welcome to use the bikes available at the villa. There are also two children's bikes and two child’s bicycle seats available on request.
